Exchange Licensing Query

Status: offline 		Can someone clarify exactly how GFI Mail Security is licensed with regards to Exchange please?

We have three Exchange 2003 servers, two are mailbox servers, one is a front end server and has no mailboxes but does receive all inbound/outbound mail via SMTP.

How would we need to provision licenses?

For example, it's Exchange, which means any object in Active Directory which has an SMTP address could receive and email as even Public Folders have SMTP addresses - plus we have several servers.

It's something I could do with some real clarification on please.
