Hello everybody, i'm having a problem with gfi12 and exchange2008, about the delivery receipts. Infact when i send a mail to some external user, asking for the delivery receipt, the receipt always go in the spam folder. The problem is that the sender of this receipts result something like MicrosoftExchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e@domain.com, so that i can't add it in the while lists. Any idea on how to solve this? thank you in advance Piero.

Enable debugging and check ase_action.gfi_log.txt to see why they are blocked and report back.

ase_action.gfi_log.txt is your friend.

Make sense... In case someone wonder what was the reason... The Header Checking maximum number of digit in email address was being trigger. Now should figure out how to prevent exchange to use this address instead of a normal one like postmaster Thank ML

I'd like to know about this as well. In addition to having the exact same problem (too many numbers in the from address), today I had a return receipt message that was flagged due to an invalid character set, even though I can't see anywhere in the header or the message that it used anything but a standard 8859-1 Latin character set, which should be allowed. Is there a virtually guaranteed way of whitelisting read receipts? Blake
