We currently have a Brooktrout TR114+I1L faxboard and my understanding is that it is not compatible with Faxmaker for Exchange 10.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a replacement board. We only need 1 line for this application. Thanks!

What is the OS of the machine FAXmaker is installed on?

Have you downloaded and installed the latest drivers?

The OS is NT 4.0, SP 6a. I have downloaded the lastest drivers and gone throught the installation steps twice with the same results.

FAXmaker for Exchange 10 cannot be installed on NT4. It has to be installed with Exchange 2000/2003 and Windows 2000/2003 server.

The TR114+I1L can work with FAXmaker, but FAXmaker must be installed correctly. If you have Windows NT 4, you can only have FAXmaker for Exchange 7 or FAXmaker for Networks/SMTP 8 installed and in that case you have to download the correct NT4 Brooktrout drivers from ftp://ftp.gfi.com/brksetup.zip.

Please clarify your setup.
