Hi,

We are currently trialling Mail Security on Exchange 2003.

I have noticed some of the e-mails from a genuine source are being blocked by the content filter due to Profanities 'Cooter'. The e-mails in questions are case logs from a supplier for contact they have made with client. Sometimes these logs won't have the best spelling.

Is there a way to setup an exception for e-mails from this domain / address?

Lstclair55,

There is not a whitelist for GFI MailSecurity as it is a security product and misconfigured whitelists could do a ton of harm.  If this is why the message is being removed I'd recommend removing the offending word from your content filtering.
