I have GFI MailArchiver Version 20090526 installed. I have Outlook Sync enabled and working for most of my users. I have not checked on all of them yet. I have one issue so far is that all emails from my ex-employees are not in the GFI MailArchive Mailbox folders as they exist in the Outlook mailbox folders. All these emails exist in GFI MailArchver. I can do search and browse but they are not sync'd with the MailArchive Mailbox. Anyone have any ideas? I do keep their AD account with email field filled with their email addresses but their mailboxes were being removed when they left the company. How do other companies handle their ex-employees' mailbox?
I do not know what will happen if the currently employees quit since their email are sync'd up now. Would those email disappear after we remove their mailboxes?

Last week I ran into the same problem.
I wanted to delete some old mailboxes from users who have left the company.
After deleting the mailbox, I could not acces the mail in the database.
Even logged in as administrator.
It can't be removed from the database, but how is it possible to search the mail?

You can search the mail if you know the senders and receivers but I can't tell my users that some of the mails can be found in MailArchvie Mailbox but some can not. They will throw this product out of the windows right away.
