I have just installed the trail version of Eventsmanager 8 and want to monitor event logs from some windows 2003 servers. I have setup the DB connection OK and it says that GFI EventsManager service is running, Database server is running. I have add the server the EM8 is installed on and a couple of other servers to monitor but get no Events at all.

There is an orange dimond with a black explanation mark next to Activity Overview and the servers say Last Activity 'No Activity' ? - There are no errors being reported anywhere I can find.

Can anyone help?

(Also there are red crosses next to Syslog server and SNMP Traps server)
