Hi

I'm having problems with my Event Manager 7 Report Pack. When I try to generate a report, the message "Could not generate scheduled report. Value does not fall within the expected range" appeared on my scheduled report activity. When I view these reports, they are blank.

Please Advise,

That issue has been resolved with the latest editions of our software.

For clarification, you mean this issue has been corrected in EventsManager version 8. If this is the case, I would have expected that users of the previous version either get a free upgrade or a Hotfix. As it stands, this version is useless and a great amount of time and money has been spent on it.

Are these scheduled reports, or reports you are trying to email?

Ken,

When scheduling your custom report, please try manually specifying the email server settings instead of using the default values.  This may assist in the situation.
