EventsManager 8 install error.....

Status: offline 		Hi.....just tried to install V8 after uninstalling 7, got this error a couple of time during the install which said completed successfully. When launching the app get the same error: "CRMI exception raised when initializing application. Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
Any suggestions? Thanks

Status: offline 		That looks familiar. Did U happen to use SBS2003 w/ SharePoint, SQL & almost everything else on the same box?
