I am getting the following messages in my event viewer (3, 4, 5 times each minute) after installing ME 14.1.
I went from ME 14 SR2 to 14.1
It is installed on a standalone server with MailSecurity.
We have a rule set not to run AV scan on the GFI folder.

Source: gfiasmlhost
Event ID: 4211
Type: Warning

Plugin QAS.Coordinator reports exception.
.

Additional info: Item with message-id[<1669I580B5M1RIJQ.MCZQXUBSDG.C6C109DBBF3@s6120>] will be stored in the Recovery queue

- The "message-id []" is usually different

It seems they are stored in 'gfimemidlayerqueue@recovery' in the Message Queue/Private Queue under device manager.
Mail is flowing though and haven't had any complaints about Spam or emails not being sent/received.

As well 4212 with "Logging has stopped" appears every now and then, assuming it is related.

I get the same thing - not quite as often as you - I've had 3,756 "4211" events in the last 13 days and 76 "4212" events.

The MiddleQueue folder with ME contains over 3,600 files (15MB).

I am guessing this should not be happening....!

Hello MC999,

Can you please go to ../Program Files/GFI/MailEssentials/DebugLogs? Please gather the log file "qascoordinator.log". Perform a search for the word "error". Once found, look to see the plugin ID that is failing. Above, you can match the plugin ID with the actual plugin (i.e., MoveToFolder, SaveToDisk, WriteCSV, etc...).

If you find which module is causing the issue for you, please let me know. If you wish for me to look at the logs, please send them to kjones@gfi.com.
