I've been getting these occasionally.  When they occur the user listed under User: in the error experiences hang ups in the MailArchiver.  Usually occurs when users perform a search function.  Sometimes these occur when a user tries to open the MailArchiver.  When that happens, the user is denied access to the MailArchiver.  A simple retry of opening the MailArchiver will let them in but it is annoying.  If this happens during a search, the MailArchiver appears to hang in searching.  Anyone else experience this?

Forgot to mention that this is MailArchiver 4 running on Exchange 2003 SP2.  MailArchiver is running on the same server as Exchange.

Hi

Can you please describe all the symptoms? How long does it take to reproduce the issue? What is displayed on the user's screen?
Try to enable debug logging (see manual), reproduce the issue and then check for any error messages in the MailArchiver\ASPNET\DebugLogs folder

These events are logged on the server running MailArchiver. The events are quite random in the sense that I get one or two a day in the event log during the course of different users accessing MailArchiver. I have not received report from any user noting anything unusual on their screens.

I search the manual for MailArchiver 5 but I didn't find how to turn on debug logging. Please advise.

Well, it has been 3 weeks since I turned on debugging and I haven't logged another Event 1309. Has GFI seen the same thing in your test lab?

Hi valles

No, we were not able to reproduce this issue so far. Please keep us posted if you get any results
