EventID 5401 Plugin DSScheduler reports exception

Getting alot of these any ideas on what is wrong or how i should go about fixing it?
Plugin DSScheduler reports exception.
Please select a mailbox first.

Additional info: Timeout.

That error is reported if GFI MailArchiver is not able to connect to the Mail Server to Archive.  Can you please go to the Configuration node, click on the Mail Servers to Archvie page and go through the configuration of the mail servers?  You should be able to complete this wizard without any errors in order for GFI MailArchiver to get data from mail servers successfully.  You will have more information here should the wizard fail.

Status: offline 		I get this error about once a week for no particular reason: Ive configured NSM to bounce the MARC services every time it detects the entry in the log. Works a treat.

it still did not archive.
I set up a brand new journaling mailbox and started sending to it.
it ran without error and has been running error free since.
I was even able to move all the old journal mail into it and get it archived.
a vendor had me change permisions to exchange mailbox access so i can only assumen ti was broken becasue of that.

just letting you know this issue is resolved.
