Hello Everyone
I am using GFI EPS 4.1 Build 20090508
I have pushed GFI EPS on client pc using GFI EPS Console.

The agent gets successfully installed as shown in GFI Eps

When i go to client pc there the client is able to access his usb drive, Cd drive and all the devices.
I noticed in services that EsecAgentSvc is not being started and in event viewer i cannot see the GFI Endpoint security tab ,

Then i went to data folder C:\Program Files\GFI\EndpointSecurity4.1Agent\Data
then i deleted the entire contents in the Data Folder and pushed GFI Agent again from GFI EPS Console but no developments.
I have pushed GFI EPS in more than 150 pcs but i did not face any such issue,
only in this pc i am facing such an issue. please guide me

Hello,

For both of the issues you are telling us we need the troubleshooter files and debug logs from the agent(s) in order we can take a closer look.

Please follow the instructions from the following thread and provide us with these files:
