So here it goes i have a couple of them any help is appreciated.
1. "Processing Error: Function GetCpuUsage returned UNKNOWN"
2. Process running 'sqlservr.exe' -"Processing Error: Unable to access 'gfi'. Possible reasons: no WMI installed on the remote server, no rights to access remote WMI service, or remote server down" now the NSM is on the same server as the sql server and still returns that.
3. Process running 'esmproc.exe' -"Processing Error: UNCERTAIN: Error connecting to SSH: 10061(No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it). Again it is on the same server :|
4. On a couple servers i get the error - "Logon failure using account 'DOMAINNAME\ADMINISTRTOR' i then change the hostname/ip: to the opposite sometimes i have 123.3.3.xxx and then it stops working so i change it to the host name such as 'test' and then it works.

Make sure the remote registry services is 'enabled' on teh target computer. This is required for process performance checks. Had the same issue and that solved my problem.
