Hello All, I am having some issues with the "error uploading report. Mail moved to undeliverable folder. Make sure that you have set the Email2FAX Gateway mail server settings correctly" error message. I have already tried many of the troubleshooting steps I discovered through the search, such as, deleting the smtp_in_log.txt and restarting all the services, disabling the windows firewall, making sure that the fax server can fully communicate with the exchange server (2007), and making sure the email2fax gateway is properly configured. Now, the problem I am experiencing goes something like this. When looking at the FAXmaker Monitor inside the MTA tab, I notice that the "inbound transfer thread" queues up to about 60 or so messages before it resets back to 0. After it resets, I notice that the messages start arriving in the mailboxes. However, in the smtp_in_log.txt file, I see many lines with the error: "Lost connection to transport". I am pretty stumped at the moment and look forward to any assistance that you guys can provide. Thank You.
