Right now, v5.0 build 20080430. I am getting ready to migrate everything over to a new server with MailArchive v6 installed, but before I do that I have to get these databases down in size...they are very very large.

How many emails are you trying to download?

On average between 100,000 and 250,000 emails. I am searching on a month date range.

Try a smaller chunk and see if you still get the same error.

I have tried it down to search range of a week. Sometimes it starts to download, but more often than not, I get this error message.

If you perform a search that gets 100 or so results and you download them do you get the same error? If so I would recommend that you request a case from the following link to perform further troubleshooting. http://crm.gfi.com/Customizations/SupportIssue/support.aspx?lcode=en
