          I'm getting this error (Failed to initialize object as reader)  within the Job activity window when I'm trying to collect Events logs from all of my SQL servers as i selected them as a (SQL Server Data Source). I tried to open the .CSV (sqlcollector_20090512_075908_12d8.csv)  log File and I found this line :








 Unexpected error init scanning on SQL Server (local)  | err Failed to initialize object as reader.
 
Please Advice

Status: offline 		What version of Microsoft SQL are you using? Also, what build of GFI EventsManager do you have installed?

Status: offline 		Is your Microsoft SQL server local to GFI EventsManger?
Can you tell me if you have a file:Microsoft SQL Server TraceDefinition 10.0.1075.xml  located here:
\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\Profiler\TraceDefinitions

* Microsoft SQL server is local to GFI EventsManger
* i dont have Microsoft SQL Server TraceDefinition 10.0.1075.xml file in SQL server
