When I try to go the the main page or any other page within MailArchiver. I am getting a scrolling bar in the right hand corner and a message "This page displays a summary of the most important configuration settings", but there is nothing there. The error on page details has the following: Line: 2 Char: 24635 Error: Unexpected ajax response was received from the server. This may be caused by one of the followiing reasons: -Server Transfer -Custom http handler. -Incorrect loading of an "Ajaxified" user control Verify that you don't get a server-side exception or anoy other undesired behaviour, by setting the EnableAJAX property to false. Code: 0

Can you post a screen shot of what you are seeing?

Can you get a closer shot of the error box itself as that SS is pretty unreadable

I uploaded a new file to the reference point the previous post was looking. This error looks exactly as it seems in the picture. There isn't remote software being uses or screen refreshes. It's almost as if the error itself is bugged. You can't scroll or change the size of the windows. Thanks in advance for your help.

What happens when you try to load the interface on the server? What version of IE are you using?

The error is the same from the server or from any workstatation. Some of my clients are still on IE 6, but most of them use IE 7; and I downloaded the 8 beta to test it, and it failed the same!

/bump Just making the thread active. Hopefully I can come to a solution. I have been thinking about opening the .asp code a removing the lines in question. Is that recommended?
