In our mailarchive there are loads of empty mails (subject en body is empty), send from users to Microsoft System Attendant. It seems to only come from users using a Windows Mobile device. This is the email-header: X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft Exchange V6.5 Received: by s7.eromes.net id <01C90E08.45BD45E2@s7.eromes.net>; Wed, 3 Sep 2008 23:01:44 +0200 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/alternative;boundary="----_=_NextPart_003_01C90E08.45BD45E2" Content-class: urn:content-classes:message Subject: Date: Wed, 3 Sep 2008 23:01:44 +0200 Message-ID: <AF9520D1FC8A2541B856A62C192F8D1701945222@s7.eromes.net> X-MS-Has-Attach: X-MS-TNEF-Correlator: Thread-Index: AckOCEW90UYNYJNXTz63H6dTxV9Vkg== From: "Timo Janssen" <t.janssen@eromes.nl> To: "Microsoft System Attendant" S7-SA@eromes.nl Is there a way to stop this from archiving? Can I make a retention policy that deletes mails with empty subject en empty body? Timo.
