Empty mails to Microsoft System Attendant

In our mailarchive there are loads of empty mails (subject en body is empty), send from users to Microsoft System Attendant.
It seems to only come from users using a Windows Mobile device.
This is the email-header:

Is there a way to stop this from archiving?
Can I make a retention policy that deletes mails with empty subject en empty body?

I had the same thing so i made a policy on exchange to delete the emails so they don't go to the journaling box. Also in mail archiver i put archive emails from all users Except the SA address which for you would be S7-SA@eromes.nl
Seems to work for me so far.
