Emails from iPhone are consider NewSender spam emails

Status: offline 		We're having users who have iPhone reporting that when they send out emails via iPhone it's being caught by the filter as NewSender. People who have Windows Mobile are not having this problem. We are running ActiveSync. The only way to fix this problem is to whitelist the iPhone user email address, but by doing this causes other problems. Anyone else haivng this problem or have any idea how to fix it?

Status: offline 		There is definitely a bug in the New Senders, or possibly whitelist, that affects names with apostrophies (') - could this be the issue? Perhaps it also affects other non-alphanumeric characters too?

Without whitelisting these users the messages will be scanned through your GFI MailEssentials installation.  If you have the New Senders module enabled this will catch all mail not caught by other filters.
