I´d like to know what module of Anti-spam is responsable for malformed MIME from. I´m having a problem with a sender. The sender address is only "hsbc_corretora". I´ve already included the IP from sender in "IP Withelist", but the messages are being blocked yet. The Whitelist is the third module in the order. Before Whitelist module there are only "Directory Harvesting" and "Sender Policy Framework". What I need to do to solve this problem? Thanks for any help.

rfssanto, The Header Checking module is responsible for the malformed MIME From: check. Based on the order you listed it sounds like the whitelist is not picking up the correct information or the entry itself may be incorrect.

John, In this case, I´d like to configure my GFI MailEssentials to permit this message, but I don´t want that my GFI MailEssentials permit all messages with this format. I want to configure my GFI MailEssentials to permit only messages from this sender, without to permit messages from other senders that contain this same format of header. What module I must to configure and how can I do this? Thank you very much

rfssanto, If you would like to permit the messages from this sender you would need to whitelist the sender as SMTP FROM: as the MIME FROM: is empty.

Ok John, I will try this configuration. The sender already fixed the mime of message, now the message is being foward correctly, but I think this configuration solve the problem. Thank you very much.
