I have email is that is getting blocked. They are just normal emails that contain text with no special fonts are anything. These emails do not contain any type of images in them. When i go to check the logs to see why they are getting blocked, it reports that it has ' email contains remote images'. I am not sure what is causing this to get block. Any one come across this problem?

The problem I am coming across is that in the header checking properties I have checked “Check if email contains remote images only" and it says that it checks for mail with minimal amount of text with images. The mail that is getting blocked is just regular emails that may have a company logo after their signature. I don’t understand how they are getting blocked, when it doesn’t have anything to do with what I have selected in Header checking.

So the logos are considered "remote images"? What i don’t understand is that the documentation for "check if email contains remote images only" states that it flags mail that contains "image only mail" Well these emails that are getting block are not just images. They regular emails with plenty of text, the description of the check box, and the emails that are getting blocked don’t make much sense.

Logos may be embedded or remote. I agree that the word "only" in "email contains remote images only" shouldn't necessarily be there, but missing the word out conversely suggests that it will mark any email with remote images. How would you phrase it? "email contains mainly remote images"? The extra text in the configuration dialogue is an attempt to explain how it works.
Check the antispam2*.txt file in the DebugLogs folder - it will tell you exactly why it thought the message.
