The email flow graph in the dashboard drops to zero for future periods, which makes it look wrong.

Examples:
It is now Monday 4:04pm

Looking at the graph for "Today", it tails off to zero from 5pm, and is almost zero for the 4pm-5pm segment, making the graph drop unexpectedly.
Looking at the graph for "This Week", it shows Sunday at the correct levels, then the current for Monday, then tails to zero for Tuesday-Saturday. Presumably if I had looked at it at 00:01 this morning, it would have been a straight line from a thousand inbound to zero.

I believe that the graphs would look better if either:
the lines ended at the current time and all future times were not plotted
the lines ended at the previous time and all future times were not plotted

Additionally, in my opinion, the "This Week" graph should be replaced with "Last 7 days", and the "This Month" replaced with "Last 30 days", as both existing graphs are almost pointless in the first day or two of the week/month. An additional graph of "Yesterday" would also be useful.

I agree!

Another major improvement would be to summarize data hourly into another table/database.  The reports could be run quickly from the summaries which would remove the hour-glass issues and waiting "forever" for the dialog box to update.  It would also hold the history data for when the reporting database rolled.
