Email Headers and Body Not Matching

When I perform a simple search in Mail Archiver 5, the results list appears correctly. However, when I click on an email, the email that is shown does not match the email that I clicked on. If I perform the same search in advanced search, I get the same list, and when I click on an email it is correct. So just the simple search is returning bad information. If both were not working I would have thought my indexes were hosed and reindexed. However, since advanced works and simple does not I'm confused... Any ideas?

bigwheat,

It sounds like your indexes may be pointed to the wrong binary files.  I would recommend reindexing the database in question.

I reindexed the database by clicking on:
Configuration -> Search Index Management -> Rebuild Index.
The status for the database changed to Rebuilding. It is now complete, and the status is Online. The problem still exists however. Any other ideas?

I would suggest creating a support request at http://crm.gfi.com/Customizations/SupportIssue/support.aspx?lcode=en so we can take a close look at this issue and your logs.
