Hi,
Where can I see who has been granted temporary access ?
I have granted temporary access to a list of machines, but where can i see these temp access list granted ?

This is currently not possible as the client machines maintain the list of temporary access control.

- so other admins can grant temp access for log periods for users and the main admin wont be able to know anything !!
- or by mistake if someone granted a user a temp access for a long period of time, but then decided to cancel this temp access, the admin wont be able to do anything !

You are correct, there is currently no method of doing this at this time. This is a limitation of GFI EndPointSecurity.
