EPS4 Agent can't install?

Status: offline 		Hi all,

i am currently download GFI EPS 4 to evaluate on our environment, i installed GFI EPS4 on Win2k3 Domain Member PC and when i deploy agent on Domain Client on XPSP2 machine i get the following error below.

Failed to connect to the remote registry (Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.)

any idea why i get this error any resolution.

Status: offline 		Is Remote Registry enabled on that workstation?
Is Windows firewall enabled?
Is Windows File & Print Sharing enabled?
Last but not least, r U able to remote connect to that workstation?

Status: offline 		I'm not sure if this is helpful or not to your situation, but I had this problem a couple of times but later the agent would install.  The last time I had it, I found that the GFI Security User had been locked out in the network.  There are a couple of places to add their password and re-entering it a 2nd time stopped the lock outs.

If you can start and stop the service, than that clearly isn't the problem....but hope this can help someone else....
