EMails Not Restoring to Mailbox

Status: offline 		I'm running Mailarchiver 5...  I've just run in to a problem when I try and restore emails to a mailbox, it doesn't work.  I'm honestly not sure if it's always been this way, or if this just started happening...

Can anyone tell me where to start looking for setup issues that may cause this??
