EEWIZ won't load PST file

Status: offline 		When I try to add a PST file to archive from, it flashes and nothing happens.  in the eewiz.log file I get:

I can mount the psts in question in outlook with no issues.  Any suggestions?

What version of Outlook is installed on the computer running EEWIZ?

Status: offline 		I know it's no help but I run Outlook 2003 w/ SP3 and my eewiz works fine.

Status: offline 		Do you know what version of Outlook created the PST file? Do you have a version of Office without SP3? Does the EEWIZ tool work with those installs?
