I am running Mail Security and Essentials on my Exchange server. Automatic updates work fine in passive mode. However i cant get updates to work with Download Security in any mode. It has got to be something to do with my ISA config but i am not sure what.

Hi Scott,

Are the MailSecurity updates downloading through the same ISA firewall as the DownloadSecurity updates are?

You can also take a look at the following article: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID001347 which provides information about how to configure your ISA server for DownloadSecurity to download the definition files.
