Hi, Our first filter in Mailessentials is the directory harvesting filter. We let him check with the Active directory's. But there are still email that the filter don't get. And that are email send to deleted accounts. Is there anywhere a thing to let the DH filter refresh or anything? Greetings, Jeroen de Bok OZ Export BV

It is more likely that the addresses are still in your AD somewhere. If you have ME installed on Exchange 2003, consider using Recipient Filtering instead. There are advantages to both methods, but RF will stop emails at the smtp layer, thus reducing traffic. The disadvantage of this is that spammers will know if they've got a correct address or not.

Jeroen, If you open the properties of this module and select the test button this will allow you to test the module. Please put the email address in for the user in question and let me know what the result is.
