Hello,

Recently we purchased Faxmaker V10. I am trying to forward all incoming faxes to a public folder e-mail address.
I have tried many times to make the Public folder a FaxMaker member, but the dialog box lists only Users or Groups.
Please advise how to do this setup.

Also, is it possible to bcc or cc (i.e. send a copy) of all outgoing faxes to another public folder (other than the one mentioned above) e-mail address, without user specifying it in the cc or bcc. If yes, please also show the steps how to do this.

After that I have success but not for long because now fax server don't receive incoming faxes and I have un error in rcvlog.txt "failure generic file error".

Just try and tell something about.

russell500,

Esnure that you have followed all steps in the article: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID001132, especially steps 5 and 6.

Check that in the Exchange 2000 System Manager -> select the newly created folder from Folders\Public Folders\ -> Select properties from the Actions menu (Alt-A) -> Select the Exchange Advanced tab -> Un-check the Hidden from Exchange address lists check box and click OK.

Now, since it appears that the issue you are having is totally different, it is best to post it to a new thread, to avoid confusion.
