Hello. I'm using GFI MailEssentials Version 14.1 Build 20090826 .
Delivery reports from my server to users are being blocked by DNS Blacklist module. Other outgoing or incoming mails are processed succesfully and DNS Blacklist works fine except this.
My server IP is whitelisted and IP Whitelist Priority is higher than DNS Blacklist.
Please help me solve this problem ASAP..

Hello RSP, thanks for your reply.
Its not NDR Spam (or Backscatter) im talking about. The actual delivery reports that originate from my server, which are supposed to be received by my senders, are blocked as spam my GFI Mail Essentials' DNS Blacklist module. I want them to be processed and delivered, not blocked.

I believe the registry entry applies to all NDRs. Take a look here and here

I changed ASE_SCANDSN to 0. I will restart the service a few hours from now; when the Exchange is least busy.
I will write the result here.

Unfortunately, the problem still continues. Even after I changed ASE_SCANDSN, Relayed and Delivered reports are blocked by DNS Blacklist.
None of my clients are receiving delivery reports. Please help me..

Yesterday me GFI technical support team said that the problem will be resolved in Service Release 4. SR4 will be issued this year, precise date I do not know.
