Delivered mail going to adminstrator mailbox

Status: offline 		i'm using version 12 and the last couple of days the administrator mailbox is getting hit hard with mail that looks like this:

Your message

     To:    accounts@domain.com.au
     Subject:    accounts@domain.com.au - Email contains a url listed on sc.surbl.org - Show her who is the real RULER in bed.
     Sent:    25/09/2008 9:32 PM

was delivered to the following recipient(s):

     Tagged As Spam on 25/09/2008 4:02 PM

It looks like some spam that has been forwarded to the Tagged as Spam directory is also being sent back to the designated administrator account.

Does anybody know what might be causing this?

Status: offline 		I thought the blockreason was placed at the end of the mail subject.
