Status: offline 		does anyone know of the way to setup an exchange 07 policy to delete all mail inside store after x # of days?

Status: offline 		Don't know how at the Store level, but you can set folder policy to do the same thing. In the EMC under Organization go to mailbox. Then go to managed default folders and you can set up a policy to delete mail after x days. Make sure the policy apply's to who you want it to.
