After setting up MES, I am finding that most of the SPAM is for people no longer with our company. I am currently looking through our SPAM to create our white list for legit stuff. Is there a way to simply delete all inbound for a set of internal e-mail addresses? I don't want to even see those in my SPAM box that I created to send all flagged messages to.

There is only one action available for rules in the whitelist/blacklist section. You can set the action to delete, but that would be for all, not what you (or I) want. I create a mime to: rule for all ex-employees, you still see them, but it's fairly easy to sort and delete.
