When I try to download certain .DOC files, the downloaded file is empty and has 0 bytes. If I disable virus scanning for .DOC files, the same are downloaded O.K. Example file: www.mvcr.cz/agenda/labyrint/zadosti.doc

Hi,
Please generate a set of troubleshooter files and send them over to support@gfi.com for analysis.
The troubleshooter files can be generated from the WebMonitor troubleshooter program that can be found in the WebMonitor program group. Please answer the questions set by the troubleshooter as accurately as possible. Once the troubleshooter program is finished, it will create a number of files under the WebMonitor\Support directory.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please compress all files into one zip file.
