When I enter the IP address of a server for looking up the name I always get "Failed to check DNS record. ...no entry found". I entered the IP address in the "Host/Domain name to query" field and the name in "Query should return" but I also tried it vice versa. I tried various address/name combinations which all work fine with the nslookup command and, of course, which a regular A-record check.

Generate a set of troubleshooter files and send them over to support@gfi.com so that we can find out the exact reason why the check is failing.
