hi,
all computers on which GFI esec4 agent deployed are offline !!!- according agent status .

what to do to have those agent online?

I've also run into this problem before and have found that restarting the service corrects this.

There is a patch for this issue, however it can only be obtained by opening a support request at http://support.gfi.com. This issue will be addressed in the next release of GFI EndPointSecurity.
