Hey everyone,

Another GFI question here... our databases have grown to about 12gb in size for GFI ME and MS.  There's no db grooming job that was written into GFI to get rid of old items kept in the database.  Is there any recommendation for limiting or cleaning up a GFI database?

Thanks!

I think you'll find that if you compress those MDB files, they will shrink dramatically.

The post above refers to the reporter database of ME. To clean the Archive database check the following post:

Very good link SQL_Gull...thanks!!!  i think that's going to help us.  I'm going to work on putting it to use...but this should do what we need.  The log_as and log_as_neutral tables are just freakin' huge (28 / 8 million respectively!!!)
