Following the deployment of Windows XP SP3 to a client machine, LNSS can no longer scan that PC for further updates/patches. The Scanner Activity Window says 'No Computers Found' - for some reason LNSS cannot ping the host to see if it is alive to be scanned. Is there a way to shut off the ping-pong before a scan? If not, how do I make the client machine respond to pings again after installing SP3? FWIW there is no firewall active on the client machine to stop it from responding to pings. TIA, Stac
