As I understand it, members of the Domain Administrators group should have access to the Configuration section in Mail Archiver. I find now that when I connect to the Mail Archiver I have no access to the Configuration options any longer. I only see the archive for the user and have no access to other features.

I am in a position now where I cannot make any configuration changes to the Mail Archiver application, is there something obvious I am missing here?

I have resolved the issue so have posted the solution here for any others who might have this issue. The default is for Builtin\Administrators to have access to the mailboxes and configuration, however the configuration files had this setting commented out as per this KB from GFI.

I have created my own Active Directory Group and added my user to this, made the changes in the KB and when I next connected I could view the configuration sections again.
