I have four (4) event sources (servers) that have not had any activity for the past two days. These are listed among other servers on the General Status page which show current activity. When I search under the Events Sources Groups on the Configuration tab, I cannot find these event sources anywhere to delete. I have attempted to add them again but the system always indicates that they are already there.

Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

Hello kirk.flores,

Can you please email me your 'Event Sources.xml.gz' file which is found in ...\GFI\EventsManager 8\Data\Settings\ESM Settings. Also, please let me know the name of the servers that should be removed.

You can email them to "lsanchez at gfi.com"
