I find the download site shows ME v14.1 build 20091027. When I download and try to apply (x64) this it seems that I still end up with build 20090826. the file sizes are exactly the same. Is this just a mistake on the download web page? Is there actually a build 20091027 release? I don't find any mention in the forum of it.

Hi,

We have just made available build 20091027. Can you please try downloading again? It could be that you got the download while we where updating the files / website.

I suggest you wait before installing build 20091027...  we installed it yesterday and the post-installation wizard would not start after the installation completed.  It won't start either if we try to start in manually. The end result is that no emails are being processed MailEssentials and our users inbox are being flooded with spam emails.

Hi,

We have identified an issue which occurs when MailEssentials is installed with Exchange 2007, and it is not installed in the default path. There are some dlls used by the post install wizard which always get installed in the default path.

To solve this, you need to manually move the files from the mailessentials default path %programfiles%\gfi\mailessentials to the path where mailessentials is installed.

Once that is done, you can manually launch the post install wizard.
