Status: offline 		Hi Everyone,

Allow me to begin by thanking anyone/everyone in advance for their time and insights for helping out with this perplexing issue we are having. Every day we see this message on the server that hosts our GFI Faxmaker solution with Brooktrout fax (x2) cards and board. The only thing we recently changed is a migration to Exchange 2007 (from 2003), but we did not change any of the GFI Faxmaker software or any related hardware. We are having issues faxing out, but I do not believe that to be related as we had those before due to Exchange connector seetings. Updating the firmware does not help and I would really like to know the cause of this. Cheers!

What version and build of Faxmaker are you running.  Please open your Configuration to General>>Version Information>>properties.  I will also need the make and models of your 2 brooktrout cars.
