Hi, Is there any way to block MSN & live messenger access? I have added GFI to block MSN as a webfilter rule, but users are still able to log on.

Another case... ;) Why don't you create a ISA rule that blocks MSN Messenger protocol?

I've tired to block with ISA server, with no luck. Followed this list: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925120 Please advise

Did you try both methods? Maybe the rule blocking MSN messenger is below the rule that permits it? Place the blocking rule at the top and look to the firewall log.

I have only tired method 1. As i still want users to be able to use http.
