Blank Remediate screen after finishing scan

Hi.
After finishing the scan and click on remediate i see blank on the remediate part of the window.
This started happening this week on the patches only (not on service packs). The same issue occured on both our central site GFI server and the remote one.

Does anyone has an explanation on this? The only solution seems to be a clean install with the newest build. This shouldnt happen on an enterprise class product!

Version 9.0
Build 20081118

Hi,

I notice that valexoud is not running the latest build.
I suggest you upgrade to the latest build (currently 20090709).

I installed the latest LanGuard build which remediation window issue but then all our scan came back green (Ok).   Still we knew some servers were behind on patches these scan were incorrect.   After installing the latest .NET patches the issue was resolved and the scan seem valid now.

Of course I hit another issue,  I'm trying to install the latest build of ReportPack but its failing to install due an issue with launching Microsoft Installer.   The MSIEXEC command line parameter windows pops up indicating an incorrect parameters was passed to msiexec.exe.  Any idea?

Hi, I am too! When I install new version, it's ok. However, after I deployed some computer it's blank again. Please help! Thanks
