Hi everybody I enabled the auto-whitelist feature, which works very good. But, I have a little problem. The email addresses of my domain are added to the whitelist database. By example, my email address is me@mydomain.com, and the email address of a colleague is mycolleague@mydomain.com When my colleague sends me an email, my address me@mydomain.com is added to the whitelist, which is normal. But, all the the spam with my email as the sender address and my email address as the recepient address will be delivred. Is there any tip to prevent all the addresses *@mydomain.com to be added to the auto-whitelist. Thanks

This type of problem was fixed in one of the service releases for ME, but I cannot locate the information as to which one.

You're using the latest, so it should include the 'fix'. Are your Inbound Email Domains configured correctly?

We have exactly the same issue, internal addresses are being whistlisted and spammers that are spoofing internal are getting through due to the whitelist. We are running the latest build too. Any solution would be ideal! Thanks B

ORIGINAL: nodule I found a solution I configured SPF for my domain. informations here : http://old.openspf.org/index.html SPF if checked before whitelist This is just a work-around; your original problem where your own addresses are being added to the whitelist *must* still be present; your own addresses should not be added to the whitelist. I suggest that you all open a ticket for this whitelisting problem, then report back the solutions here.
