I have trouble with Bitdefender update on one of my servers.
The message in e-mail notification is:" The BitDefender Anti-Virus update files were successfully downloaded, but a failure occurred while updating the local engine files." and
"Error details: No plugins were registered under id specified".

Any idea?
Thanks.

flyok,

Please ensure that the GFI Content Security Auto Updater Service is running under the Local System Account. This can be done by performing the following:
1) Start > Run > Type "services.msc"
2) Right Click on the GFI Content Security Auto Updater Service > Properties
3) Click on the Login Tab, then Select Local System
4) Ensure that service is restarted

The GFI MailSecurity 10 configuration now contains a method to authenticate to any Proxy server required within the configuration. More information on how to configure this can be found at the following link:

Yes, I know. This service is running under Local System Account.
The trouble wasn't on downloading signatures (download was OK), but on updating this signatures.

But now, after two days, everything looks OK. But I don't know why .
