One of two things could be happening: 1) GFI EventsManager is not running the .BAT file at all 2) GFI EventsManager is running the .BAT file, but it is failing. To determine this we can have winsdows audit the .bat file and write an event each time it is run. These steps will help: http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002902 Once completed, test this by running the .BAT file manually. The event should show up in the windows event log (and subsequently be collected by GFI EventsManager) Next, allow GFI EventsManager to process as usual, waiting for when the .BAT file would normally run - Once the file should have been run, check the windows event logs to see if the audit event is created.
