Ok I read the Eula, but just to make sure i want to ask one question.

Let say that I have license for FM 14 for 4 lines and 100 users and that is installed on one machine, that is activly in use.
Now can I install FM 14 with the same license on similar secondary backup machine, that would be only used if something goes wrong with primary FM 14 machine.
That means that I will newer use both machines at the same time.
Is that compliatn with GFI Eula rights, or I need to buy extra licencis.

Yes, this would not break the EULA.
