Hi,
sometimes the users get false spam in their (MailEssentials) spam-folder. The mail can be manually moved to the inbox-folder, but it would not archived.
Is there any way to archive these mails?

hubi777,

In this scenario can you see if the message was delivered to the journal account? The best way to check this would be to use Exchange Message Tracking.

We use GFI MailEssentials 14 for Exchange.
Spam is send to a folder "spam" in the user inbox but not to the journal account.
